• Google Forms (forms.body) — permission to view, create, and edit the Google Forms in your Google account, so you can build, edit, and publish forms from the App.
• Google Forms responses, read-only (forms.responses.readonly) — permission to view responses submitted to your forms, so the App can show you response lists, summaries, and charts.
• Google Drive, per-file access (drive.file) — permission to view and manage only the files created or opened with the App (your forms and spreadsheets exported by the App). The App cannot see any other files in your Google Drive.
• Basic account information — your name, email address, and profile picture, used to sign you in and display your account in the App.

2. How we use Google user data

Google user data is used exclusively to provide the user-facing features of the App, at your request:

• creating, editing, publishing, and organizing your Google Forms;
• displaying responses to your forms and building response summaries and charts;
• exporting form responses to a Google Sheets file created by the App;
• signing you in and displaying your account information.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or analytics. Google user data is never transmitted to third-party analytics services (including Microsoft Clarity). We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models. No humans read your Google user data, except (a) with your explicit consent for support purposes, (b) where necessary for security or to comply with applicable law, or (c) where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

3. How Google user data is stored and retained

The App communicates with Google APIs directly from your device. Your forms and responses are stored in your Google account and are not copied to or stored on our servers. The App stores on your device only the OAuth access token issued by Google and a local cache needed for the App to work. This data remains on your device and is removed when you sign out or uninstall the App.

4. How we protect Google user data

• All data exchanged with Google APIs is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
• Authentication is performed exclusively through Google's official OAuth 2.0 flow; we never see or store your Google password.
• OAuth tokens are stored in protected application storage on your device and are not accessible to other applications.
• The App requests the minimum scopes required for its features.

5. Sharing of Google user data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer Google user data to any third parties. Google user data is not shared with anyone, except where disclosure is required by applicable law or a valid legal process.

6. Deleting Google user data and revoking access

• Revoke access: you can revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After revocation the App can no longer access any of your Google data.
• On your device: signing out of the App or uninstalling it deletes the stored OAuth token and local cache.
• Deletion request: you may also request deletion of any data associated with your account by emailing us (see "Data Deletion Request" below). We process such requests within 45 days.
• Your forms and responses always remain under your control in your own Google account; deleting the App does not delete them.

7. Limited Use disclosure

Forms App for Google Forms' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Microsoft Clarity Analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to capture how you look at and interact with our mobile application through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve our product and user experience.

Data Collection and Usage:

• Data Collected: Application usage data, user engagement metrics, and behavioral patterns (such as taps, scrolling, and navigation paths). Microsoft Clarity may also collect anonymized device information and system telemetry.
• No Sensitive Data Collected: We do not collect, store, or transmit any sensitive personal data, financial information, authentication credentials, or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) through this service. All user interaction data is strictly anonymized.
